Bajrami responds to Murati: We've got fresh views on the block.

Following the request of Finance Minister Hekuran Murati for international agreements not to be blocked by the opposition, MP from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Hykmete Bajrami, has said the images of how the Assembly is blocked are still fresh. Through a writing on the social network, Bajrami has reminded Murati of their opposition behavior.
We still have fresh images like the Parliament block. We all know how you were brought to the Assembly when you were in opposition. The traces of violence are in every corner of the Parliament, they tell the story of how you reached where you are today: propaganda, violence, and promises that you never fulfilled”, Bajrami wrote
That's where she said she had “two questions for the minister of complaints”.
“1. Why do you have the 37.5m-euro municipal vehicle/center capital projects? How is it the opposition with the block of the Parliament when you with minorities are 65 deputies?
Bajrami stressed that the opposition for voting international agreements has only one requirement.
“While, for voting international agreements in the opposition Parliament, there is only one condition: unlocking 37.5m euros, personal means for these municipalities, which the minister of complaints has been holding blocked.
Finance, Labour and Transfere Minister Hekuran Murati, for voting international agreements has called on the opposition not to block them.
Murati requested it through a text on the social network Facebook.
He has mentioned two of the key agreements that are being blocked.
The voting of international agreements for the passage of 80 votes in the Assembly has been blocked by the opposition for months now. One of the projects that is waiting for the green light of the Parliament is also for central warming Solar”.
This project is enabled by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, for the public company Termokos, and is aimed at increasing the generation capacity, but also the key to other Pristina's neighbourhoods on heating grid”, Murati said.
“Concretically, the project envisions increased thermoco's generation capacity for the additional 30 years, as well as expansion of the heating network and the Arberi, Tophane, Matt, and Center”.
The minister has further clarified that the project is generally envisioned to be over 80m euros, while stressing that most of the funding such as Government has provided it to be grants from the EU and the German government.
Two weeks ago at the Kosovo Assembly session, the adoption of international agreements was blocked.
This is because the position and opposition have failed to understand the unblocking of the municipality's own revenues.
Opposition deputies have suggested they will not vote on any agreement without unlocking these means, while Government has blamed the law on blocking the means.
