“Today's Constitution of our country. It was violated by the government, not mentioned in the agreement with Serbia, not even about association and isolation for the Serb minority. The agreement must go to the Constitutional Court!”, Tahiri wrote.
Kosovo and Serbia reached an agreement on February 27th in Brussels and on March 18th in Ohrid that elsewhere by the internationals was also named <x0historic “” and was based on the proposal of France and Germany.
The agreement also includes the obligation for Kosovo to establish the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
