Public money management by Kurti Government is like socialism.

In that system, the “government broke your leg and then gave you a stick to hold”. This describes in the most accurate way the work of this government.

That's why:

1. For businesses: it blocked capital projects as a result of the economy's lack of 500 million euros, and then helped businesses with the law indexing capital investment contracts. He raised energy bills for businesses, and then subsidized businesses for energy.

2. To citizens: He twice valued his energy, and on the other hand, he contributed to their energy costs. He doubled their taxes on property and then forgave them 100 euros.

This approach to public spending is socialist, because people are getting poorer and are becoming dependent on the state. Socialism is when 41% of the budget is spent on subsidies and transfers, only 15% in investments.
