It is about a 32-year-old from Kosovo who has seen money at a ATM on the 28 January evening on Trgovacka Street in Umag.
So the money was there because of the carelessness of a 31-year-old girl who, in paying money in ATMs, didn't do the transaction. Rather, it has not confirmed the total amount of deposited money, so the banknotes have remained “sleep” in the company's payment section.
When the Albanian saw it, he did not hesitate, because the owner of the money just went out and took several hundred euros. Since his act was a criminal offense for the theft, police have intervened in the case after the owner of the money, in search of lost euros, realized where the money could be.
“Polics during operational work on the ground have discovered the identity of the author and started searching for him, and at around April 14th 22:55 was arrested by police officers Vukovar-Sreireem as he attempted to cross the border with Serbia at the Bajakovo border point”, it was said in the statement.
They also claim that the 32-year-old has violated the law for foreigners because he has been standing illegally in Croatia, so an expulsion order has been issued.
