Vela says Serbia's illegal structures are continuing to intimidate local Serbs, and has stressed that under the Brussels agreement RKS plates are the only legal license plates in all of Kosovo.
“Serbia's illegal structures continue to intimidate local Serbs in Zubin Potok. Two Kosovo Serb-owned cars were apparently burned last night only because they had car plates RKS. Under the Brussels agreement, RKS plates are the only legal car license plates throughout Kosovo”, Vela wrote.
