Hot is responding to Murat: Presentation as a success of budgetary surplus in inflation crisis is gullibility

LDK MP Avdullah Hoti has reacted to the statement by Finance Minister Iron Murati, after the latter was praised with public finance management during 2022.

Murati said the budget deficit has been reduced to historical record.

And for LDK deputy Adullah Hoti, presenting the budgetary surplus as a success is gullibility.

Prefigured as a budgetary success in the time of the inflation crisis and energy crisis is gullibility. If we had 10% economic growth, maybe it would have meant budgetary safety”, Hoti wrote.

Hoti has said that in the situation when wages do not increase and millions of euros of capital investments are blocked, of course, the budget comes up with a success.

Murati had written that “Public finances have become track, and the torn sack has sewn”.

It through a graph has revealed that the budget deficit has been reduced to only -46.1m euros over the past year.

“We have taken care not to cause unstable financial burdens and increase public debt, despite the fact that we had the most volumed support packages in the region”, the finance minister wrote away.
