According to the indictment, Redceplar is accused of being chairman of the Commission for recruiting candidates in the competition, announced by the Municipal Education Directorate (DKA) in Dragas, for class teaching position at the school “Fetah Sylejmani”, has marked the 11th response to the writing test for candidate Muhamed Misini, for which the same answer from the Commission has been assessed by 4 points, reports “Betim for Justice”
The accused Rexhepl was acquitted of being charged, following reading the indictment by prosecutor Arjana Shajkovci.
After that, Judge Artan Sejran has charged accused Redzhiplar and his defender, lawyer Esat Gutaj, in the 30-day term to apply for dropping the indictment and rejecting evidence.
Also, Seyran has charged prosecutor Shajkovci with agreeing to drop the indictment and contesting evidence, to the same be declared in writing in 15 days' time.
In contrast, according to the Basic Prosecutor's Act in Prizren, founded on February 9, 2023, Adnan Redzeplar, is charged with being chairman of the Commission for recruiting candidates, according to the 13/33 competition, declared by the DKA in Dragas, on January 15, 2020, for class teaching position at the SHFMU “Fetah Syleyman”, in the village of Xrxe, Dragas municipality, on February 4, 2020, in the environments of the Parliament of the Assembly, using the official authority or office of the candidate, who applied to the contest, Muama Misfini, the contest.
The incident says that Redzeplar has marked the answer to the written test of candidate Muhamed Misini, and the question of the 11 for which the same response by the Commission has been assessed by 4 points, while the manuscript in the October 5th 2022 issue of this written test is not written by the candidate, Muhamed Misini, has been confirmed by the Kosovo Agency for Forenzice.
For these actions, Rexhepar is accused of committing criminal work “Use of official position or authority”, by Article 414, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
