7 years in prison and forced psychiatric treatment against accused of killing his sister in Fushe-Kosovo

The prosecution against the accused F.S. was announced on Wednesday by the chairman of the court, Consumption Shyti, reports “Justice Vought“.

Under the trial, the prison sentence of 7 years will be executed 15 days after the full might of this act.

In this sentence, the accused will also be counted as having spent time in custody from April 9th 2021.

According to the indictment, the same was released from paying criminal procedure spending, as its material situation is threatened.

Judge Shyti said that the F.S. accused F.S. would be banned from today's mandatory psychiatric treatment until the institution finds it no longer necessary to be there for that treatment.

The chairman of the court also found that if the time held in detention for compulsory psychiatric treatment is shorter than the prison sentence accused F.S. would be sent to prison to keep the rest of the sentence.

Judge Shyti added that the relevant institution is in charge that every 6 months the tribunal submits the report on the condition of the accused and the success of dealing with him.

We remember that on the same day, at the pre-day session, the final word was given in this case, where the lawyer of the accused F.S., Halit Shaljan, said there is no doubt that his defense suffers from a mental illness, while prosecutor Ilaza Beqiri, claimed he remains close to the final word given on August 9th 2022.

Otherwise, on August 11th, 2022 was expected to make the court's statement on the case, but the court's court side for the same case has re-opened judicial review with the argument that the court has assessed that evidence should be administered, respectively, medical documents submitted on the part of the defendant's defender, lawyer Halit Shaljan for the health of the same.

The founding prosecutor in Pristina on 9 May 2021 has filed an indictment against the F.S., with the reasoning that while she was in the bedroom of the now felt T.S.S.'s bedroom located in Fushe-Kosovo, in a state of substantial reduced responsibility, she had been deprived of her sister T.S.
