Malishava, the only country in Kosovo that doesn't have high energy power lines, power grids, environments in villages

It is located in the central part of Kosovo and has 43 villages with about 55 thousand inhabitants. But the Malisheva Community is the only country that is not locked in high energy pressure. On winter nights, during night hours, in many villages, the current serves only to turn on the lights as well as the TV [...]
The current cannot be strengthened without at least one 110kV substation, which is missing only on Malisheva. From the load of mid-tensity, it often exits the system and the decoupler 35 kV, causing power outages.
This city, together with its villages, is swept from the substation of Rahovez. Substations and high tension are under the authority of the System, Transmission and Electricity Market in Kosovo (KOSTT ). Although Malisheva left last to become an investment in the substation and the high - tension cable that three years, COSTT is attempting to contract but cannot.
Malisheva Mayor Ekrem Kastrati has expressed disappointment with the institutions responsible for how only the municipality he leads remains.
The “that has been installed electrical grid in our municipality since 1975, we take the power from the substation in Rahovec. The start of the substation there is 38 kilovolts, there's losses along the way, and we get around 24 kilovolts. Well, the demand for consumption is far greater than supply opportunities. Even the strings that come from Rahovez to us are too old for one little breath to cause frequent decay. So the whole Republic then abundant energy, we don't have as demand is about 60 kilovolts and we get ready once and a half less. That's because even the average tension is heavily charged. So, Malishevo is the only country in Kosovo that has no substation, therefore there is no high power pressure of”, chairman Kastrati told Periscope.
He says that two years ago, Malisheva's Municipal Assembly has made a decision to share a parcel for building substation.
“COMM The STT has tendered the construction of substation, but we have been told there have been many complaints of economic operators, and a time in the absence of the Procurement Organisation-OSHP review board has remained the blocked tender. I was in COST and Z. THREE, since these two institutions and the Constitutions are obliged to provide belts. I wanted this case to be accelerated. I've been told they've processed a new tender. We're on hold now. But even if it starts the project this year, it will last another three years”, Chairman Malisheva added further.
Elvane Devedji-Osman, an official for Communication and Relation with the Public at COST, says that plans have to build a substation at 220 kv and that in better conditions the optimalai could be built within three years.
The “on the territory of the Malisheva Community passes the 220kV-level transmission network, so the COSTT Development Plan envisions the key to the new substation at 220kV level rather than to 110kV. The announcement of the open tender procedure for the New Substation Building AIS 220/35/10)20kV Malisheva with a 220 hotline k The V's was conducted in 2020 and it was under way, but due to the complaint procedure near the Procuratory Organisation, which had no board, the project was delayed and was expected to launch tendering procedure again in 2023”, devegi-Osman told Periscope.
“Project to build New Substation AIS 220/35/1020)kV Malisheva with a 220kV escort line, is scheduled to be completed by 2026, given the development in advance terms of all procedures such as procurement, expropriation and receiving construction permits”, she added further.
Although, COSTT has completely canceled the 2020 procurement procedure, has yet to announce contract for re-information. /Periscopi/
