Therefore, based on constitutional and legal competencies, in a sign of state and civic respect on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, I have declared State Black Day in the Republic of Kosovo, after the quakes of February 6, 2023, with Turkey on record, which left thousands dead and injured”.
