Tomorrow is the deadline for changing summer tires with winter ones

Winter equipment that should be owned by traffic participants is winter tires and chains.

The driver who runs the vehicle without winter equipment is sentenced for countertake, with a fine of 40 euros.

Meanwhile, according to the Law, it is fined for injustice, with fines of 100 to 300 euros, even the legal person or the public institution on whose behalf and within whose authorisations the driver has acted.

In this case, police have called on all drivers to take increased care of traffic.

Kosovo's “Police appeal to all participants in traffic to be careful to add to the start of the winter season where atmospheric changes are present. Make sure your vehicle tires are changed before the start of the winter season, and their air pressure must be according to the manufacturer's recommendations, at low temperatures!”, the police report said.
