(3 years ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports that after publishing information about the threat issued by journalist H.A., during his exercise of office, the State Prosecutor in full co-ordination with police has undertaken all necessary investigative actions, with the aim of identifying suspects and securing the same presence in the procedure [...]
The actions taken have initially resulted in the arrest of suspects by Kosovo Police, meanwhile, “under the order of the State Prosecutor has been detained in 48 hours, due to the criminal act “Canoja”, according to KPRK”, the prosecution reports.
The prosecution in co-ordination with the police is continuing with the enterprise of other investigative actions regarding the case, the announcement said.
