Today is the third day since the miners of “Trepce” went on strike.
This strike comes as their demands have not been met, as the implementation of a long-term monthly salary, health insurance and dismissal of Management and improved working conditions.
Without meeting these conditions, the strike will not end.
That's what it's saying about Front Online, head of the Independent Trade Union of Trepca miners, Ghani Osmani.
Osmani shows that the miners' health condition has deteriorated.
He has complained that neither the government nor their municipality have been visited.
Osmani has demanded the chief's resignation for mismanagement of the company.
The situation of the miners is disturbing, some of you are getting the tension of some of them. Neither the government, the municipality, nor the directorate is interested in miners, nor is there anyone who saw us. The miners who left the mine allied and closed on strike must resign from chief chief manager for mismanagem”, Osmani said.
He says this situation will continue until the requirements are approved.
Osmani says that for this reason a strike was held even months ago, but without success.
The miners have expressed disappointment that the first state has not visited.
“Minators don't intend to interrupt the strike until more than 300 demands are on strike. This situation is not due to miners but to poor management. There have been strikes of 1,2 days and hours but failed. We are citizens of this state, Albin Kurti has had to visit the miners and the mayor of the municipality just to know their condition we don't know why they're interested, very disappointed”, Osmani says.
The Trepca management came out yesterday with a reaction calling for the immediate break in the strike, calling it illegal.
