He says four years have been wasted to reach the same destination.
However, Miftaraj says there are already no doubts Albin Kurti and Besnik Bislimi have publicly accepted the foundation of association. He says it's good that he accepted a truth that everyone knew, but that Kurt and Bislim all had the courage to accept.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Melon, have demanded that Kosovo begin with procedures to establish the Association of Serb-run municipalities, according to the draft status proposed by internationals on 21 October and that Serbia live to recognise de-facto.
This victory, Kosovo could have taken over by 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Four years wasted to reach the same destination.
At least there is no doubt that Albin Kurti and Besnik Bislimi accepted the establishment of Association in public and without any accusation. And it's good they accepted a truth that everyone knows, but they had no courage to accept.
