Serbia's aggression towards Kosovo was a trigger for the use of the Serbian Army against Kosovo, says former Chief of the Centre for Protection and Strategic Studies of the Croatian Military Academy, Ivica Ma persecuted.

He stresses that the terrorist attack on the Kosovo Police on Sunday 24 September was sponsored not only by Belgrade, but also by Moscow.

I was persecuted in the Kosovo Press interview, assessing the work of the Kosovo Police on the day when Serb terrorists attacked him with various war alltilaries and military weapons. While stressing that KFOR should have a greater preventative role in Kosovo.

“Terrorism in Kosovo was planned as a trigger for the use of the Serbian Army against Kosovo, to solve the political problems that exist between Kosovo and Serbia, Serbia decided to use violence because the negotiations under them are not producing results. For this reason, it was sponsored by the state not only by Belgrade, but also by Moscow, a state-sponsored coup, state terrorism in Kosovo”.

“What is extremely important is the reaction and how the Kosovo Police have reacted not to collateral damage or the death of civilians. For this reason, such an attempt, even with fatal consequences to both police and paramilitary, did not predict the use of force. In that sense, it is unacceptable that even while negotiations are continuing, one of the measures that must be taken after this violence is the addition of NATO forces and their deployment in Kosovo”, says Admiral Mauscut.

And if things were to go according to Serbia's plan, the persecution says it would benefit mostly Russia, which would manage to shift the attention of NATO and the European Union from war in Ukraine. The same is true of Hamas' attack on Israel.

This attack was sponsored by Moscow and those who took part in the attack were trained for a long time by a team of Russian-Serb instructors, with regard to the benefits of this attack, Moscow would benefit most because if there was a great bloodshed, the European Union and all would have to raise attention to Kosovo, the calming of such conflict, where Ukraine would come out of focus. ”

For this reason, I repeat, Moscow would have the greatest benefit in the sense that Kosovo and Serbia would become the center of history, such as security, political and military, just a planned intelligence operation with violence elements where the focus would turn southeast of Europe. Because of the Kosovo forces' response did not pass and Kosovo's policy and the continuation is again on Russia's sign, Hamas' attack on Israel, so you cannot see those two operations separately, it's a unique whole one when it's used by the nerve points, whether they are in the Middle East, Europe is irrelevant in the goal of leaving both NATO and the European Union's attention from the current war in Ukraine”, Ma persecuted.

According to him, KFOR should have a much larger role in Kosovo, not only with presence, but in preventing other possible attacks.

“KFOR needs to receive completely different political directives from head of NATO, it must strengthen its authority and what is even more important, it should deploy its forces and use its forces to act preventively so that nothing, such as interethnic conflicts, simply should not happen. Negotiations can last as long as they last, but they should not be organised by violence by one of these participants in these talks, for this reason there will definitely be a change in KFOR's mandate and it is necessary that it has a very large preventative role not only of presence here, but of shares that will take”, he says.

Finding an entire arsenal of weapons in Banjska, Mauscre says he proves that certain secret operations are also being planned that could destabilise the area. He points out that it is again KFOR, which must inform local authorities to undertake preventive operations.

It's just something that's not allowed, the arming of the civilian population of paramilitary groups in an area where all political problems, and those fundamental political problems of relations between the two states, have not been solved, and it happens that a part of the population is being armed, especially so secret arming means certain secret operations are also planned that could destabilise the area. Any destabilisation of the area will simply delay the Euro-Atlantic integration for which Serbia and Kosovo are targeting, at least as far as I know, Serbia's declarative behaviour is not exactly like that”.
This is procrastinating, and with this, economic development and any other development is delayed for a long time, just so people can focus on building their economy, science, culture and education. In this sense, KFOR's role, in particular, has to be defined differently so that when they have such information about arms, especially cross-border, which can be prevented by just using its own forces, the second thing that is very important is networking intelligence photography by allies, the Allied countries that authorities in Pristina could know what they're dealing with. Once again, prevention and non-repressive operations are undertaken in the sense that it will produce and will always produce violence”, he concludes.
On Sunday 24 September, Serbia committed aggression against Kosovo, in which two others were injured by Serbian terrorists. The international community condemned such an attack, but that the European Union has not yet imposed sanctions on Serbia.
