The citizen sees the quarrel against the people who burned their nuts: They damaged his American nut orchard, damage of up to 100,000 euros

It's the third time he's been damaged by an American nut shop. As Shenoll Muharremi points out, people who are making their nuts worse than 100,000 euros by damaging their investments in his land, writes Periscope.

Kosovo is a very difficult place for business-making and investors. That's not a cliche. Without trying it yourself in your sweat and skin, it's hard to imagine and realize what trouble it can get out of here. You can afford to invest in this country, and this is painful that investment and business should bring increased value, not stress and trouble to life. But situations like this and others are certainly the main reasons why we don't have enough investment and why our economy isn't functioning properly, it's not giving off.

Today is the third time that people are making their nuts out of our American orchards. The damage they have done to us alone is over 100,000 euros this year. We've worked 30 years after making opportunities to make an investment, and we've raised them for seven years so they can start returning investments over the next 10 years... but there's a gentleman burning his own land and burning half of our orchard, including infrastructure and six-seven-year-old trees. The first two times I didn't write about it, though, is business and private interest. But now the third time, when this happened today, I think it's a big public problem.

When there's no rule of law, it all happens. People think they can do whatever they want. Like justice had punished hundreds of people who have done damage so far, it probably hadn't happened again. But they are not punished. And when they are not punished, they are permitted. Neither did the government campaign and insist on helping people. A painful situation because people work their whole life take credit with investment and growth and developed this country. But what do they get in return? Abnegation. We until we get used to respecting investments and investors, we will never have a functioning economy. And the first point here is to have functional justice and rule of law. The state doesn't even help business, but at least its work on respecting law and regulations should be done. So neither economy nor state is done.
