But in a letter he published tonight on Facebook, the indictment at the District Court in Slovenia was handed over on January 3, 2023 by the [...] lawyer.
Kosovo Ambassador Martin Berisha has reacted in the evening to expose reports that his indictment against Slovenian journalist has ended without legal effect.
But in a letter he published tonight on Facebook, the indictment at the District Court in Slovenia was handed over on January 3rd, 2023 by his lawyer, Ziga Cloun.
Then Berisha writes that the Slovenian Court has not yet accepted the indictment for review, as the period of complaint has not yet passed. Berisha has not clarified the period of complaint.

But, media today have reported that the Court in Slovenia has said its case against Slovenian journalist has ended without legal effect.
Berisha, who is now at the centre of a financial scandal, has not clarified whether it is a new indictment.
Instead, he wrote “ph does not pass”.
The first indictment by Berisha on Slovenian media was warned on April 22nd last year of what today was reported to have resulted in no legal impact on the journalist.
