Basha's original idea: Serb majority municipalities join Kosovo Association with chairman Agim Aliu

Vetevendosje MP, Dimal Basha and once chairman of the US Friendship Group, says Kosovo has the Association of Mayors Agim Ali.

This reaction from Basha comes after a columnist by senior American officials, Derek Chollet and Gabriel Escobar, that association should be implemented.

Kosovo has its own municipal association, where the mayor is the mayor of Ferizaj municipality, Agim Aliu. I am convinced that there is room for Serb majority municipalities to join this association!

If we think about living together with one Republic, then we also live together with an Association. Otherwise, the division of municipalities into different parallel associations on ethnic grounds is pre-couple for the division of Kosovo”, Basha writes.
