Vucic speaks again for the new “cursis”: I was proposed, but I refused.

Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, has once again acknowledged that he has seen the new framework of dialogue on agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, compiled in the commitment of President Emmanuel Macron's advisers and Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who has published its contents Sunday “A, of course [...]
“A knows what content is, of course you know”, says Vucic, reports B 92.
The “therefore received an important message for this yesterday. Serbia will not allow Kosovo at the UN until I am president”.
We want a compromise solution and good relations, of course we want to. But first let's see the rights of Serbs, what we get, how Resolution 1244 is respected. I fear it is not fully realistic”, the head of the Serbian state adds.
Asked whether the five EU nations that do not recognise Kosovo would surrender to Brussels' pressure, he stressed that “for some I am sure will not surrender”.
Some can surrender, but they are still our big friends”, he indicated.
Vucic has also commented on Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's statement that Serbia is Russia's ally.
According to him, Kurti “wants Zelensky to play all the time, counting that the West is a sure winner and he wants to be placed at their top”.
On Sunday, September 18th, Albanian Post published a four-page document presenting the plan for agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, compiled in the engagement of President Emmanuel Macron's advisers and Chancellor Olaf Scholz
It says that in 2023 the second agreement on normalisation of relations should be signed, following that of 2013, with which Serbia actually accepts Kosovo's reality independent state, but does not formally recognise.
In a later phase, hypothetically after 10 years, when the EU is ready to expand and include the Western Balkans, mutual recognition agreement is reached as the precondition of both states for EU membership.
With next year's deal (if the proposal is accepted) Kosovo also accepts five states that have not yet recognised the European Union, while Serbia will benefit massive financial assistance, economic assistance and will be recognised as the power of the region.
The new “Corniza” that Albanian Post published is the new proposal coming directly from Scholz's involvement in the dialogue process, because as stated in the document “Kosovo and Serbia in themselves will never solve the problem”.
The document explains the logic behind the new framework, contains the 10-year vision of resolving the problem and provides a “micro-perspective”.
It's made from the entrance and then it's divided into three segments along with three sub-titutes containing 13 points.
All segments explain the so-called “new corsage”, which was introduced to Alexander Vucic's Albin Kurti. This framework, publicly, has been accepted only by Serbian President Vucic following the two advisers' visit to Belgrade.
The proposal at the end also envisions how to keep going if Kosovo and Serbia do not accept this proposal.
