The issue has been declared by the Kosovo Police.
In a response to Gazeta Express, police have said they possess the information for this video and are handling it.
The “Referenced to your humiliated request, we inform you that Kosovo police possess this information, and the same is treating it in a police respect from competent units”, it says in response.
Police have not indicated the suspect has been identified.
