Kosovo's United Education and Science Union has issued a communiqué to the media, in which it is said to remain the union of free vote and freedom of thought, thus referring to accusations that are heading towards this union mainly by the authorities' experts over the now nearly 20-day strike in education.
The SBASK has reacted to the attacks of party militants as expressed.
From this union, the Kurti government does not want dialogue and resolution of the strikers' demands, but, according to them, wants to travel in contempt, humiliation, lynching through statements that they claim are multiplied and enriched by militants across social networks.
There's a dialogue with trade unions that power will see extinct, and visits to municipalities with false pain for the situation and for children who are not in school and for citizens who cannot get a document in the municipality are the wrong government's way. Instead, it takes genuine dialogue and the presence of honorable media to get out of this situation. But maybe this situation is convening Kurt and his government. A prime minister who truly loves his country would never submit to his whims, instead of the debate and resolution of the strikers' demands, take a sentence and mock what went on in the meeting with other members of the Grevist Council, who had the best intention of being sincerely debated and reached the acceptable agreement. ”, said in communiqué.
Furthermore, the SBASK says some colleagues are calling the authorities a comfort, but in the past, such party differences have not existed in union.
It, instead, continues with pressure on strikers and shows that its purpose, as if it were, the introduction of division and the insulation of union voice. No one has achieved this until now, and neither will this government.”, says this communique.
Full communication:
The SSASK was and remains the union of those with full freedom of thought and free vote. Back in the memory of the events marked by media, this reality proves that the strike also had in past governments in post-war Kosovo, but there was never a low blow of partisan militants rushing with reproach, contempt of lynching as it is now happening by its government and wire.
The government Kurti does not want dialogue and solutions to the strikers' demands, the requests presented and denied and ignored, now and for many months, but wants to travel their own contempt, humiliation, lynching through statements, which are then multiplied and enriched by militants on Facebook.
Escape from dialogue with trade unions, which power will see extinct, visits to municipalities with false pain for the situation, and for children who are not in school and for citizens who cannot get a document in the municipality are the wrong government's journey.
Looking at all of this struggle against the union voice of membership and exposing with facts and arguments that neither the SBASK nor the union of civil servants have ever acted, nor do they act like the government now with blackmail and threats against the strikers, are respecting the will and voice of membership and to ease the plague on the souls of a small number of memberships, which by the constant pressures of government officials are being divided by thousands of striking colleagues and publicly showed that the SBKSKS has been breathing and continuing to breathe freely and that it remains a fine example of democracy. It remains so now in the face of unprecedented government pressures and part of its fans, who have lost the human and pride and tradition of our nation.
You very small number of our colleagues and colleagues who are pleased with the authorities today is your free choice, but your colleagues at other times when they ruled the parties they voted on stood firm in their strikes to realize legitimate demands and preserve unity with the motto Together and SBASK. Thousands employed in education from nurserys to universities and those in public services continue to remain dignified on the strike, which they did not like but came to the point after the government ignored and ignored serious dialogue and their demands. The government with concrete commitments and acceptable decisions for both sides must prove that it is really concerned about the situation created. Rather, it continues with pressure on strikers and shows that its purpose, as if it were, the introduction of divisions and the deepening of union sounds. No one has accomplished this until now, and neither will this government.
Even this challenge will pass away and woe to those who will belittle your head from shame.
