Balic has fled Kosovo to avoid the sentence that the Court of Appeals has dropped from two years in prison to one year in November last year.
This former health professional, who has not only committed the criminal act of sexual assault, has managed to escape the punishment.
Signal sources have suggested Balic is suspected to have already settled in the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he is expected to exercise the doctor's profession.
Balic has been convicted on charges that on August 12, 2020, at the General Hospital in Pec, his office, deliberately and in the quality of health professionals by misusing the health situation of victim A.I., it promotes the same to touch him with sexual intent without her consent.
After the arrest, he has remained in custody, the only period he passed as a detainee. This has also been confirmed by the Kosovo Correcting Service.
SHKK spokesman Florent Gashi said that according to the SKK data it is confirmed that Balic was detained at the Pajje Pajja detention centre, where the same was accepted by 13.08.20, while he was suspended from custody and released on 06.10.20.
On the other hand, the signal has still received answers from Peja's Constitutional Court despite insisting on obtaining information about the failure to execute the verdict or the ordinance to present punishment.
