Numan Balic, declared he has never left and is not found in the neighbouring country as reported and blames governments for persecution.

“I have never left and will not leave, and soon the time will come when I will speak openly and the truth that I am the object of persecution, the man who has a lot of credit for Albanians and Kosovo, but the leading leaders and rulers of all governments up until now have betrayed and persecuted me just because I have always told them the truth that they don't like”, he said of Inseyer.

Numan Baliqi was minister of health in 2010. He was charged with committing the criminal act of sexual assault.

He was sentenced to allegations that on August 12, 2020, at the General Hospital in Pec, his office, deliberately and in quality of health professionals by misusing the health situation of victim A.I., it encourages the same to touch him deliberately without her consent.

Today, however, it was reported in the media that Balic has fled abroad to avoid serving the sentence. It was even said that Balic has already settled in the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he is expected to exercise the medical profession.

A year earlier, the Court of Appeals had changed the act of first degree, reducing the prison sentence from two years to a year in prison for the former minister.
