Blend Stavileci of The PDK says that even after nearly 3 years in power, half full mandates of the government Kurti, the country does not have an energy strategy.
He writes:
“Imagine, after nearly 3 years of coming to power and almost half a term full, and after 50 days of ending public discussions, our country still has no energy strategy. We are hoping and imagining that this great expectation will impress us with its contents. One is safe and convinced that with these ingenious solutions waiting for energy, we'll have as much as we want, free prices as we can and reductions at all”.
