A woman named Natasa, who was on the Serbian license bus that collapsed in Bulgaria, has told the media what happened a few minutes before the accident.
One of the parents on the bus wanted to sit in the front seat. The driver had problems opening the seat and lost control over the wheel and ended up outside”, she told the Bulgarian portal Neva.bg.
According to her, the children are from a folk group and are returning to their homeland after participating in the Nessebar festival.
We remember that the first information from the bus crash left 12 people injured.
The youngest child injured is six years old, and the oldest is 17.
Police are still on the ground, and the investigation is continuing. According to Bulgarian media, there were 49 passengers on the bus returning to Belgrade from the folklore festival at sea.
The accident occurred around 20.10km 216 in Sofia, not far from Stara Zagora.
