EU chief for Foreign Policy and Security Josep Borrell welcomes the Kosovo Government's decision to postpone reciprocity to Serbia for ID documents and vehicle plates in a month.
Also, Borrell expects the barricades placed by local Serbs at two border points at Jarinje and Brnjak to be removed immediately.
Borrell adds that issues should be addressed through EU-attensive dialogue.
We welcome Kosovo's decision to shift measures by September 1st. We expect roadblocks to be removed immediately.
