Rahovec is preparing for the organisation of the Festival of War II, widely known as “Handra Fest” that lacked Kosovo for two years.
The mayor of this municipality, Smajl Latifi, has announced that he has hosted the chairman of this festival's organising council, Agron Sokoli, where he has talked about the performance of preparations.
In Rahovec, on September 2, 3rd and 4th, Latifi said that the powerful return of “Hander Fest” will together be experienced, with full surprise and prosperity and activities.
He added that Rahoveci has testified that he knows, will and could organise manifestations of large sizes that break the borders of the Republic of Kosovo.
The “Preparations continue, as according to Agron, this year we will have innovations that will give weight and power, and warnings, that numerous participants will come from different Albanian countries and from different parts of the world to enjoy and experience the atmosphere and satisfaction at our grand festival”, Latifi said.
Otherwise, “Hander Fest” 2022 is dedicated to the great poet Jevdet Bajray. Inspiraced from the verses of poetry “There is grapes at Rahoveci”, there is also the slogan of this year's edition, which is held on September 2, 3nd and 4th in Rahovec, under the auspices of the mayor of Komuna, Smajl Latifi, with traditional support of MKRS, MBPZHR and Komuna Rahovec.
