A short biography of the reliefist and great native: Naim Frasher was born in 1846 in Frashire. In his homeland, he learned his first lesson and began to learn about Bektas ' style. In 1865 the family moved to Janina, where she and her younger brother Sami finished Greek high school “Zosimea” (1869).
A few months later he worked in Istanbul as a small official at the press office (1870), but appeared to tuberculosis and returned to his homeland for a better climate. First he was a clerk in Berat and then worked as a customs officer in Saranda (1872-1877). During this period, Naim Frasher made evidence of Albanian incarnation, under the influence of the beekeepers, was given to Persian incarnation with success, later publishing a collection of Teyhyylat” (Reversions, 1885).
Under the influence of historical events, especially the League of Albania of Prizren, one of whose leaders was Abdel, his older brother, and the patriotic cultural activity of the Istanbul Society, at which Sami was Sami, Naim Frasher, abandoned his Persian baptism and dedicated to Albanian literature. His first poem was “Albania” (1880, published in 1897), which thrilled Albanian patriots. In Istanbul, Naim Frasher was among the main editors of the magazine “Drita”, then “Duturia” (1884-1885), where many of his poems, prose and verses were published for the first Albanian schools to be opened, some translations of the writer. He served as a member of the Publications Commission near the Ministry of Education, then as chairman.
Naim Frasher died in 1900.
