Former Montenegrin ambassador gives Kurt some advice: Pro-Russian Serb Forces Can Create Tollov in North

Former Montenegrin Ambassador to Kosovo Ferhat Dinosha, commenting on last Sunday's situation in the country's north, said Kosovo should co-ordinate all its actions with Western allies, especially with the United States of America, as it would thus prevent Serb-Russian forces from creating unrest in the north [...]
In an interview with The Geopost, co-ordination with the Allies would be a guarantee that the situation will not get out of control.
I certainly don't give myself justice, I can't give myself the right to teach policymakers in Kosovo how to deal with such situations, but I'm convinced that good co-ordination of steps with Western friends, especially with Americans in this case, co-ordinating government steps with them would create a situation that would not come under control. If there is no such co-ordination, it is feared that Serbian and pro-Russian forces may try to create a toll in the north”, Dinosha said.
The former ambassador advised the Government of Kosovo not to rush into some issues that are not vital to state interests.
“I don't believe they will have the chance to open any new points of conflict, because the situation in Ukraine does not allow the Russo-Serbian element to affect and thus elsewhere, so in this case in the Western Balkans, specifically in Kosovo. As a man who conveyed events in Kosovo, of course, I would like Kosovo not to rush into projects that are not vital to its state interests, face concrete situations, as is now the situation with the establishment of reciprocity measures, especially not without the clear guarantee of international friends that this path should be continued and that this path will have consequences for democracy in Kosovo”, Dinosha came up.
In this interview, Dinosha has talked about Russian influence in the Balkans, with particular emphasis on Montenegro.
Likewise, for recent political events in Montenegro, including the Constitutional Agreement with the Serbian Orthodox Church.
