The American request for a 30-day extension of the Targa decision proves that Government has not been co-ordinated (read: THE international partners have not announced in advance the action plan.
Failure to co-ordinate security issues with close partners (especially the US), believing that it strengthens sovereignty and political self- determination, in reality it is weakening us by forcing us to turn back shy in front of Serbia (Russia).
The impulsive decisions in government are often harmful!
