At the wheel was a 40-year-old man from Albania. Investigations proved that a European arrest warrant was issued against him after he was sentenced to 15 [...] in Germany.

At the wheel was a 40-year-old man from Albania.
The investigation proved that a European warrant was issued against him, after he had been sentenced to 15 years in Germany for drug trafficking.
After the formalities ended, the man was transferred to the Penugia-Capane prison.
