An active action has been taken by a farmer in England to reduce the <x0).8x1> devastating flames approaching his home, already burning on their path at least 20 hectares of land in the southeast of the country.
With a simple but clever technique, Bill Alexander from Kent was able to stop the flames rapidly approaching the village of Lenham Heath. The farmer “named” after entering his tractor, began plowing his field along the front of the fire, thus creating a trench, which served as a “mur” for the fire.
Video footage published by the Daily Mail is surprising.
The result has been successful, as the fire has been extinguished after 90 minutes, while the frightened inhabitants of the area have been sent to a safe place.
