University professor Blerim Latifi has reacted after numerous reports of young people leaving Kosovo.
He believes that economic development should be offered to keep people in the country until he has said that they have been offered the opposite, such as religion and good stories after death.
People are leaving Kosovo! Young people are leaving! So last year, this year. Kosovo is empty!
