Krasniqi: For six months, President Bedri Hamza has launched more projects than Kurti Government

Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has visited the Mitrovica municipality today under the tour of visits the opposition leader has started through Kosovo municipalities. Chairman The PDK, Memli Krasniqi, after meeting with Mitrovica Mayor Bedri Hamza, together have seen closely the works at the Family Medicine Centre in Kostunica, street work in Lagen Ilirida, as well as those at the “Eqrem Kablaj” school.

Krasniqi expressed, as chairman The PDK feels satisfied and very proud with the work of Bedri Hamza in Mitrovica, who has launched more projects for 6 months than the Kurti Government.

“As head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, I feel very proud because here we see the ruling PDK model. The model, which focuses on citizen. But more than we are proud, what's important is that today citizens of Mitrovica are proud, are the ones who are looking for a very short period of city transformation. Bedri Hamza as chairman of the Mitrovica municipality, which brings an experience and an extraordinary luggage into the highest leadership positions in our real state, has brought a tremendous value to the Mitrovica municipality, turning this site into construction site after almost eight years of stagnation.”, he said.

Leader of The PDK, from Mitrovica once again called on Kurti Government to take into account the demands of municipalities for budget review to respond to their needs and priorities.

What's also relevant to Mitrovica is the fact that all these projects we're seeing today are being done with self-finance, municipality self-finance and donations that Mr. Hamza has arrived to receive from numerous international donors. On the other hand, Mitrovica municipality chairman Bedri Hamza thanked Chairman Krasniqi with collaborators for full support both from the party and through the Kosovo Assembly, where the PDK is the opposition leader.
