An Indian politician who drank water from a Holy River to prove that the water was clean has been admitted into a hospital.
According to Indendependent, Minister Bhagwant Mann drank from “Kalai Bain”, a holy river in Sultan Lodi, two days before seeking medical assistance.
Early this week, he was admitted to the Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in Delhi because of the stomach pain.
According to sources, he is still in hospital after being admitted Tuesday. He's undergoing medical tests.
He was flown from his official residence in Chandigarh on Tuesday evening.
