“Genocide in Srebrenica and other mass killings in the Balkans committed by Milosevic's regime remain unbundled stains on mankind's conscience, until justice” is established, he wrote.
What happened at Srebrenica has also been commemorated by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti. He said what happened at Srebrenica 27 years ago is nothing less than genocide.
