There were only 48 votes, making it impossible for the quorum to do so.
There was no quorum for the bill's vote on the declaration, background, and control of wealth and gifts. At this point only 52 MPs participated in the vote.
Even for the annual report of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency for 2021 there was no quorum.
