In this matter, Ylva Johansson, European Commissioner for Internal Affairs, has been asked.
Kosovo's “Visa liberalisation is too late. It's really time to make a decision now”, Johannson says in an interview for RTK.
So I think it's important to convince the member states of the European Union that it's time to do this”.
According to her, if there is anything the European Commission can help convince member states to come to a conclusion that Kosovo should join visa-free travel now, the Commission is willing to do so.

I consider these really wonderful achievements. This will certainly primarily help Kosovo society and citizens to have a more secure society, but also convince EU member states, those that must be convinced, to make the decision on visa liberalisation”.
