Constitutional breaks down two candidates' complaints to chief state prosecutor

The court ruled that the corresponding requests were to declare unacceptable on procedural grounds, because pretries and requests have not exhausted legal means as scheduled in Article 7 of Article 113. [Juridision and Authorised Pals] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
The circumstances of the cases relate to the results of the competition for the election of the chief state prosecutor announced by the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
The assessment panel, defined under the regulation of the Prosecutorial Council for the nomination of Kosovo Chief State Prosecutor and Prosecutors Prosecutors' Prosecutors Prosecutors Chief, was listed
Prehesors of requests in second and fourth positions, while respectively
Candidate Blerim Isufaj in first position.
Towards the assessment of the appreciative panel, pre-launchers and requests brought opposition to the Commission for Review.
The latter, however, praised that the Law for the Prosecutorial Council and Adjusting for the appointment of the chief state prosecutor, have been implemented correctly along the evaluation process, however, recommended to the think tank that it review/fulfill the argument with some of the evaluation criteria. On April 6, 2022, the Prosecutorial Council (i) rejected the Commission's recommendations for Review; and (ii) based on Article 17 (the Election Process) of the Order for the appointment of the head of state, decided that for decree by the president of the Republic, to propose the candidate listed as the first by the assessment panel. /Periscopi/
