Osmani President of the EC: EU s '%s' keeps promise of visas, dialogue with Serbia is vital process

President Vjosa Osmani, at the conference with Council of Europe President Charles Michel, has called for visa liberalisation and Kosovo's accession to the European Union.

The failure to fulfill promises in our region also tests credibility in the European Union. Mr. President, the people of Kosovo and our state, will remain Stoic in rejecting Russian influence and will make clear the European perspective of our Republic. The main thing is visa liberalisation for our citizens, this process has been pushed back. Our plan is to apply by the end of the year for EU membership candidate status. Kosovo is committed to dialogue with Serbia. For Kosovo dialogue is not only a requirement of the international community, but it is a vital process that leads the two countries towards the EU, the process to focus on recognition, Osmani said.
