8:00 should be the time when Shaip Kamberi would learn the result if he is the deputy of Serbia's Parliament.
But blackmail and irregularities created by the Serbian side prevented the holding of elections in Bujanoc.
MP candidate Shaip Kamberi said Albanian commissioners have been threatened with arrest.
He stressed that this threat has come from Serbia's Parliamentary Secretary Veljko Odliovic.
Kamberi added that regarding the case, he also wrote to the US ambassador to Belgrade and the OSCE ambassador.
“Velko Odreovovic, with his arrival in Trnoc today, has threatened Albanian commissioners that he will be arrested. And when they saw that his threats didn't drink water in a few minutes, there was a warning, an anonymous phone call from the school principal at Tarnoc for allegedly setting up an explosive device” Camber said.
I also wrote to the American ambassador and to the O SBE”- he added.
Last time, the Albanian candidate lacked 13 votes to secure the victory, Klan Kosova reports.
10 were invalid, while 6 out of 617 Tarnoci voters supported Ivica Dacic's Socialist Party.
