Charged on two police officials, punching a citizen at Kosovo Fush station

The same June 15th had been beaten by a citizen at the Fushe Kosovo police station.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports the public opinion that the State Prosecutor, following the development of investigation, collection and analysis of evidence, has filed an indictment against the defendants V.M. and A.A., in the direction of criminal acts “Kerditage during the exercise of official duty or public authorisation” by Article 195, paragraph 1 related to KPRK Article 31, and criminal work “

According to the indictment, on June 15, 2022, about 10:40, at the Fusha Kosovo police station, the defendants, in the quality of police officials, in co-ordination, have physically and mentally mistreated the injured L.H., so that while the defendants had stopped the injured in the town of Fusha Kosovo due to a fight in traffic, the same had received the documents and had asked them to appear at the police station, which had arrived at the station, the same one had placed in a office and during the paper, the defendants had originally insulted and then physically assaulted the dignity they had physically assaulted and then attacked the other person with their fists in the backside.

With this, in co-ordination, defendants have committed high-profile criminal acts.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of the establishment of the indictment has nominated the Supreme Court to plead guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts that were imposed on him.
