Andy Bushati's discovery: Rama aims to recruit Kosovo oligarchs to counter Albin Kurti

For analyst Andi Bushati, the Rama-Kurti meeting in Pristina bypassed any dispute, not talking about the Balkan Open or other issues where they share different opinions.
