AKP has put land on sale for attractive buildings in many Kosovo cities

The Kosovar Privatisation Agency has announced the sale of 56 of the liquidation companies' assets, through which it has sold 19 assets of social property found in the five regions of the Republic of Kosovo as follows -- in the Pristina region 2 assets; in the Pec region 6 assets; in the Mitrovica 2 assets; and in the region of Prizren 9 asete. All of these 19 assets/assy social companies' attractive ones present an excellent opportunity for expansion of business or new business initiatives in our country.

The AKP through this wave has put up local business and retail sales in Prizren and Dragash, in Lipjan, in Mitrovica and Glogoc, then several hectares land is offered for sale in the municipality of Klina and Istog.

Public announcement of these assets has been opened since June 24th, 2022, as bidding is made on July 13th, 2022. During this period, interested parties have the opportunity to obtain more detailed information and visit the properties offered for sale.

Closed bids for units/entires that are for sale through the sale of the Assets with the No.56 license should be submitted to “The conference room, the Grand Hotel.”, Pristina Date July 13, 2022, from 10:00 to 12: 00 p.m., accompanied by supply deposit and bidding fees, as planned for each article. The opening of the bids will take place the same day, starting at 12:30.
