They have been admitted mainly in areas inhabited by Serb populations in Kosovo, and all have resulted in falsehoods.

Police through a media communiqué say that “after earlier announcement of explosive means threats in several schools/locations, Kosovo Police, the respective units that are involved in cases of explosive threats, have conducted the controls of those locations, and in all controlled locations nothing suspicious has been found, so reports have proved false”.

Kosovo's “Police, dated 16,06.2022 in the early morning hours of some schools personnel, have accepted information about explosive means (bomba) threats in several school objects, mainly located in areas inhabited by the Serb population”.

Furthermore, it is said that “based on current information, these threats have been made in various regions in several school objects (until now at about 30 locations), which threats have been accepted through electronic form and telephone lines”.

“Referenced accepted information, Kosovo Police have immediately undertaken all necessary police measures and actions in the function of treating and investigating these cases, engaging police relevant units, including those for handling explosive matter and units being (K-9)”.
Kosovo's “Police have also taken concrete action by evaporating persons in security perimeters, as long as it continues its commitment to preserving constitutional order, ensuring country-level security, as well as providing security to all citizens undisputed”.

Until this stage the Kosovo Police have managed to tackle and verify some of the school objects that have resulted in being false threats, we invite citizens not to create any panic, as Kosovo police are present and engaged in handling, investigating and providing security at all locations at” level, the police report said.
