Pristina municipality to back 500 euros in social assistance councils

This was made known during the Municipal Assembly hearing on Tuesday.

Pristina's leader, Progress Rama, said another proposal is the 70-euro subsidy that families who receive less than 500 euros to send their children to the nursery.

According to Premim Fazliu from the Directorate for Social Peace, between January and April there have been 17 births of this category.

Meanwhile, aid included the period from January 1st, 2022, and possibly continuing in the coming years.

Based on the calculations presented, within a year about 70 lexhoan mothers will be the beneficiary of this scheme, or at financial cost of 35 thousand euros.
