The passenger without an experience of flying successfully landed the small private plane at the American airport after the pilot suffered an unexpected health emergency, losing his capacity.

The Federal Aviation Administration said it is investigating the incident, which took place Tuesday evening, while not naming the pilot's medical emergency causes.

Authorities said in their statement that two passengers were aboard Cesna 208, when the pilot had suffered a “medical problem”.

In a video owned by the CNN network, the plane is seen slowly and gently landing.

Another recording of the control tower tells pilots: “You just witnessed the landing of two passengers. ”
