The entire process at the tribunal began after the indictment filed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo, with the reasoning that the costing of the electricity harms the country's citizens.
Thus, on April 9th, the Court made a decision on suspension, but despite that, Kosovo citizens have also been billed at increased prices in April.
The ZERE, calling to the Law for Administrative Conflicts, had stated that the <x0th degree implementation does not become of the cut form and is virtually non-powerful and executable”.
The ZERE, in the continuation of the global energy crisis, has adopted bills with growth on February 8th, which has said will be valid by 31st March, 2023.
