(4 years ago)The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani - Sadriu, Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca and Prime Minister Albin Kurti, have been hosting the ambassadors of the QUINT countries and chief of the EU Office in Kosovo to discuss the property process and the importance of strengthening the rule of law. Co-ordination of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo with the states of QUINT and the EU has been discussed at the meeting about the property process in Kosovo. Institution leaders conveyed messages on the infallible and vital importance of building a stable and long-term property system to ensure the system of justice with high integrity, professionalism and efficiency, which responds to citizens' needs for justice.
They also reiterated the dedication of Kosovo institutions for this process to be built and implemented by respecting the highest European standards, which guarantee the independence, efficiency and effectiveness of the institutions of justice, and for which Kosovo has sought opinion from the Venice Commission.
