Albin Kurti's government scandals and large expenditures do not stop. In addition to political employment, Kurt is exploiting power to advance even the schooling of his close officials.

The government Kurti has paid nothing short of $26,600 for an online program at Harvard University for seven government officials.

Democracy.com has provided an e-mail Luan Dalipi to the ministers of Kurti.

The prime minister's chief of staff, known as media linker, had called on behalf of Prime Minister Kurti and Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi, referred to as “Profa”, asked some ministers to propose 12 officials to attend an online programme at Harvard University, where per person should be paid by the state of $3000.

I am informing you that, along with the prime minister and Deputy Prime Minister/Profe we are considering registering 12 officials/advisors in the executive educational programme O NNLINE 3st (September 12th, 2021) of Harvard University: “The leadership of smart policy design: The Multisector access to economic locations” had Dalip told them.

On this e-mail, Dalipi had shown that following this course for one person costs $3,800, or 3,213 euros, totaling the planned 12 participants cost 38,556 euros.

The price is 3,800 dollars or 3,213 euros per person, or 38,556 euros for 12 participants. Once we eventually appreciate that we have candidates worthy of this programme and it is definitely worth joining this program we will also put the way we pay”, the Dalip e-mail provided by Democracy.com, for the course he himself followed.

Dalip estimated that non-participation could cost much more, in terms of the cost-oportune they could have from developmental policies, not enough good enough.

The final decision on who will attend the training, according to Dalip, would be made by Prime Minister Kurti.

All this work was entered by “by” by a Boston Vetevendosje activist named Faton Limani. Even Dalipi did not hesitate to show that the mediator in the matter is Vetevendosje activist.

For your information, with all these initiatives around Harvard, we're being helped by LVV supporter and activist in Boston, Mr. Faton Limani (born Ferizaj), who has the master at Public Administration at Harvard”, had written Dalipi from the position of Prime Minister Kurti's chief of staff.

Pos Dalip has been followed by Kurti's counselor Felanza Podrima. But they have not even left the faithful Bislim cabinet, the so-called “Profa”.

With the money of Kosovo taxpayers, the cabinet chief Besnik Bislimi, Kaltrin Zeka has also attended the course.

The training has also been Zef Deday from the Ministry of Industry, Trade Builders and three other officials, Blerta Greicevci, Bulina Gashi and Edona Mculi, who have been following Harvard University's executive educational programme “online for three weeks. The guidance of the clever design of Multi-Special Access to Economic Locations”.

Democracy. com has also secured the bill the Government of Kosovo paid to Harvard University.

The Kosovo government has been asked about this issue, but Kurti's office has not as always returned answers.
